  • Is there a benefit from making a referral?

    Yes, you will receive a $25 discount code for travel to use in Portal Tabarcca (Pt) for every referral that purchases and completes a10-segment series (Limit for discount codes from referrals = 10 per year). Unfortunately, there are no benefits for single-segment referrals.

    Can I give my referral discount code to someone else?

    No

    1) You can use your Referral discount codes for airfare purchased through Pt if you are traveling with your participant from the Portalists (10-segment series). 2) If you are traveling with your immediate family members (spouse/partner and up to 3-identified children)

    You can also use your referral discount code for hotel reservations through Pt once this feature is available.

    What if I have more than 3 kids or I have more than 3 kids and I’m not traveling with my partner/spouse?

    You can still make travel reservations, and use your referral discount codes for yourself, partner/spouse, and 3-identified children. Additional travel fares will not include discounted travel or have the ability to apply referral discount codes at this time. However, you can use your referral discount code for hotel reservations in Pt once this feature is available.

  • Can I receive a refund for a 10-segment purchase?

    No, at this time there are no refunds or credit given to 10- segment purchases

  • Can I receive a refund or credit for a purchase of a single segment?

    No, at this time there are no refunds or credit given to single segment purchases

  • Can I make a reservations for someone else on Portal Tabarcca for discounted travel?

    Yes, 1) if they are, or were, a participant with you in the Portalists (10-sgment series). 2) If they are an immediate family member (spouse/partner and up to 3-identified children)

    What if I have more than 3 kids?

    You can still make a reservation, but the additional tickets will not include discounted travel at this time.

  • Can I have refund for travel purchases?

    You can have travel credit that includes the amount the airline is willing to refund minus any fees the airline or payment services apply
