How long do game segments last?
Shorter segments can be completed in an average of 3 - 4 hours and longer segments average 4 -5 hours.
What device(s) are needed?
2 Devices + Chargers are recommended (best if one is a tablet or laptop)

Why did the segment restart?
You may have navigated away from the window you are using for the segment. It is recommended to keep the window for the game open on your device without using another application. Using a second device to access other apps is recommended.
If you have a touch screen function that refreshes a page (swiping in a direction or sliding your finger down the screen).
Why is the game not advancing?
There is potentially a detail(s) that is incorrect. The game will usually advance after the correct solution is found.
Why does the game return to a previous game?
You might return to a previous puzzle in the game that has multiple paths until you select the correct option.
What if I think the segment game/puzzle has a problem/glitch?
You can message segment support with the details in your “Portal Information”. Segments are tested before they are live, but we will find a solution for you if problems arise.
Will devices run out of battery?
This has definitely happened before. It is a good idea to carry your own chargers, adapters, back up batteries. You might ask a friendly person/business to provide you with a charging along the way!

Can I make a reservations for someone else on Portal Tabarcca for discounted travel?
Yes! Reservations can also be made on the Portalists main site for elevated travel with additional upgrades.

Is there a benefit for making a referral?
Yes, you will receive a $25 discount code for travel to use in Portal Tabarcca (Pt) for the following:
1) Every referral that purchases and completes a 10-segment series (Limit for discount codes from referrals = 10 per year)
2) A referral that purchases a travel package through Tabarcca/Portalists that includes (Airfare for 2 passengers on the same flight and 3 night hotel reservation on the same itinerary). Unfortunately, there are no benefits for single-segment referrals.
Can I give my referral discount code to someone else?
No
1) You can use your Referral discount codes for airfare purchased through Pt if you are traveling with another guest on the same flight or hotel reservation. 2) Immediate family members (spouse/partner, parents, children).

Can I receive a refund for a 10-segment purchase?
No, at this time there are no refunds or credit given to 10- segment purchases

Can I have refund for travel purchases?
You can have travel credit that includes the amount the airline is willing to refund minus any fees the airline or payment services apply.
